There is a need for educators to understand that learning is only possible in a conducive environment. As the new academic year approaches, both students and teachers may experience a mix of excitement and anxiety. The pressure to perform academically, navigate social interactions, and manage personal responsibilities can all contribute to school-related stress, leading to burnout and confusion. This article aims to provide essential strategies to help students and teachers address and reduce school-related stress and anxiety.
