The future of education requires a dynamic, responsive, integrated, and reflective curriculum that aligns with the evolving world. While human evolution progresses, our education systems have not kept pace with the changing needs of society. Most education systems are still rooted in the industrial age, despite the shift towards digitization and automation. As machines and computers take on technical work, the demand for traditional human capital diminishes. Consequently, graduates face the need to continually reskill themselves due to the lack of technical jobs. It is clear that we are collectively failing to equip young people with the knowledge and skills required to solve the problems of our communities, nations, and the world. Technical knowledge alone is no longer sufficient; it is crucial to nurture creative problem-solving abilities that will be vital in the rapidly advancing future.
