The pace at which the world around us is changing is staggering. The bigger challenge is that the rate of pace of change outside our schools is much faster than the rate of change inside our schools. This is a universal problem, schools across the globe are playing catch-up with the world. Technology is changing, and so are the ever-changing trends, social media is evolving, and so is the curriculum, parents are changing, and so are the university and workplace requirements. Everything is changing, it always has, the difference is that it is changing at a pace that mankind has never seen before.
