Nurturing a new generation of educators and leaders to develop alluring career paths

The education industry, in due time, has evolved and adapted to the new normal. As a middle leader, I have been closely assisting the hiring of teachers for years, and it’s my responsibility to select the right candidate who matches our skillset requirements. Generally, after the manning, the new joiners are mapped to and inducted into respective teams, and they have three to six months of probation to show their mettle. In my opinion, this is the most crucial phase because it determines whether the project will succeed or fail.
