What does it mean to be a new age leader? Is it possible to pave a ‘new pathway’ and create a more fulfilling, nurturing, and empathetic environment for children, by also making them feel empowered and grow at ease? New age children require new age thinking and ways of being. The old structures need not work for these children to thrive and feel empowered. They can harness tangible effects only with new age strategies. For children, a school is a world of its own. It is essential for schools to be a place where they feel safe, proud, and loved. Only then, will they be able to cultivate goals that benefit the entire school and not confine themselves to individualistic goals? They will rather learn more from social activities such as team-building activities, relationship work and raise the energy of the school.
